The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the calculation of gratuity has been made in the year 2019, till date no further proceeding was taken up. 2.

The learned counsel for the State has submitted that he has no objection if the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the pending proceeding expeditiously. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 6 has submitted that certificate was issued against the respondent no. 5.

The certificate officer being the respondent no. 4 is directed to dispose of the relevant proceeding within three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the concerned certificate officer being the respondent no. 4.

With the above observation the WPA 16757 of 2025, is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
