It is contended by the petitioner that the said prayer has become infructuous in view of the decision of the authority and the notification dated December 20, 2021.

Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous as the grievance of the petitioner has already been met.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
