Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He refers to various documents with regard to the purchase of mobile phone. He claims that the petitioner and the victim are ethical hacker. Their services were occasionally used by the police. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and two statements of eye witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The victim in his statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure squarely implicates the petitioner. The statement of the victim is corroborated by eye witnesses.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3722 of 2022 is dismissed.
