1. Petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of the order granting bail dated July 16, 2024.

2. Report dated February 27, 2025 submitted in Court be taken on record.

3. There is no adverse report as against the petitioners.

4. The conditions of the order granting bail dated July 16, 2024 requiring the petitioners not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and to report to the Officer-inCharge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders are waived.

5. All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail dated July 16, 2024 will remain the same.

6. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2025 in CRM (NDPS) 1113 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
