Let the order dated August 21, 2024 be modified in the following manner:

(i) Instead of 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, South 24-Parganas', it will be "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore", in paragraph 7 of the order.

(ii) The petitioner is permitted to furnish registered surety instead of local surety.

The other portion of the order dated August 21, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
