The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of an order being passed in TS 68 of 2024, the same is being violated at the behest of the private respondents. The petitioner also contends that he has been subjected to physical assault pursuant to the order passed by

the learned civil court.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the court to the injury report issued by the Howrah District Hospital.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have instituted Bantra PS Case No. 95 of 2025 dated 30th July, 2025.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents as a criminal case has already been registered, I direct that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident further results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16772 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
