Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including statements of eye witnesses disclosing role of the petitioner in the murder. Their bail prayer was rejected in June, 2022 and there is no change in circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
