Let the order dated August 22, 2024, be corrected by substituting "to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, South 24 Parganas at Alipore," in the place and stead of "to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas".

2. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated August 22, 2024. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
