Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor Mr. Aniket Mitra ... for the State Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the petitioners and the State and having considered the gravity of the offence and the nature of the involvement of the petitioners and having considered the fact that the allegation against the petitioners are taking money from the members of the public on the promise to give employment in government services, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 7411 of 2021 is dismissed.
