Counsel for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kalyani, Nadia places the order passed by the Principal of the School dated 26th August, 2022. The writ petitioner has been admitted in the said School.

This Court appreciates the proactive submissions made on behalf of the Principal of the said School by the learned Counsel and the admission given.

It is once again made absolutely clear that the order and admission cannot and shall not be treated as a precedent and shall be deemed to have been passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of this particular case.

This Court also appreciates for the role played by Mr. Pulakesh Bajpayee, who has appeared for the

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kalyani, Nadia.

Since there is no further adjudication required in the matter, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.
