The allegations against the petitioner are, inter alia, under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 67A of the Information Technology Act. State is represented.

We are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in view of the relationship, which the de-facto complainant claims as against the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3723 of 2022 is dismissed.
