The petitioners have challenged the Order No. 17 dated July 02, 2019 and the Order No. 32 dated April 20, 2021 passed by the 3rd Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Tamluk, District- Purba Medinipur in a proceeding under Sections 8 and 9 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 being J. Misc. Case No. 11 of 2018. In view of availability of appeal against the said order No. 17 dated July 02, 2019 under Section 9(6) of the aforesaid Act of 1955, the revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the said order is not maintainable.

The learned Trial Judge by the Order No. 32 dated April 20, 2021 has dismissed an application filed by the petitioners for their addition in the said misc. case on the ground that the said case has already been disposed of. This Court does not find any illegality in the said order. For the aforesaid reasons, the orders impugned do not call for any interference. C.O. 1944 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
