1. Police filed charge sheet. Therefore, the requirement in the order granting bail dated July 16, 2024 on the petitioner to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station twice in a week, until further orders is waived.

2. So far as the prayer for relaxation of the condition requiring the petitioner to remain within the jurisdiction of the local police station is concerned, since the petition is bereft of any particulars, we are not in a position to consider such request at this stage.

3. All other conditions of the order granting bail dated July 16, 2024 will remain the same.

4. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2024 in CRM (NDPS) 1115 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
