On last occasion the instant application is directed against the order passed by the Learned Executive Magistrate, Alipurduar, Jalpaiguri dated 11.8.2011 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Since the impugned order had met with statutory date, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and stands dismissed.
