The State of West Bengal and others Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Manna, Advocate ... for the applicant Mr. Jahar Lal De, Mr. Abdus Salam, Advocates ... for the State CAN 3 of 2022 has been filed by the applicant seeking modification of the order dated 04.01.2022 passed by this Court in MAT 1232 of 2021.

Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that in pursuance to the order of learned Single Judge which has been affirmed in appeal, the BL&LRO, Mahisadal, district Purba Medinipur had given the notice dated 21.12.2021 and thereafter measurement of demarcation has been done, but the concerned BL&LRO is not supplying the measurement report.
