The instant application has been filed against the Order No. 4 dated 18.08.2011 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in C.M.C. No. 4237/11 rejecting the prayer for modification of the order passed on 27.07.2011.

On perusal of the impugned order filed along with the petition, it appears that the impugned order warrants no interference of this Court and exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. According, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
