On last occasion Petitioner did not appear.

The instant application in spite of Section 227 of the Constitution of India directed against the impugned order dated 6.9.2010 passed by the Leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 24 Parganas(South) at Alipore whereby the application for further investigation was dismissed. On perusal of the application along with annexures it appears that after lapse of more than ten years the impugned order has no relevance and demands no interference of this court on merit.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
