Learned advocate-on-record being assisted by Mr. Rabindranath Mahato, learned advocate, submits that petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant revisional application, as the relief sought to be obtained in the instant case, has already been obtained in pending Misc Appeal.

Though, a written communication from the client/petitioner, has not been obtained by the learned advocate-on-record, but in view of submission disclosed by the learned advocate-on-record, the instant revisional application has become infructuous. The revisional application being C.O.2263 of 2022 stands dismissed as infructuous.
