Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's daughters have been recovered and presently they are residing with the petitioner.

Mr. Kabir, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim ladies have been recovered and their statements have been recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the documents, as produced by Mr. Kabir, be kept with the record. Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and taking into consideration the fact that the victim ladies have already been recovered and are presently residing with the petitioner, we are of the opinion that no further interference is called for in the present habeas corpus petition, being WPA (H) 49 of 2022 and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
