Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ application and submit online application before the concerned authority in terms of the notice issued by the authority on 8th September, 2022.

In view of the above the writ petition, being WPA 16925 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit online application before the 2nd respondent through paribahan.gov.in in terms of the notice issued on 8th September, 2022 by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Kolkata Region within ten days from date.
