It appears that, pursuant to the order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 27th April, 2021, passed in MAT 322 of 2021, the issue of unauthorised construction is presently pending before the concerned Gram Panchayat. The Panchayat has not yet taken any decision regarding the alleged illegality of the construction.

In my considered view, until a determination is made as to whether the construction in question is unauthorised, this writ petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, WPA 16797 of 2025 is dismissed.
