The instant revisional application is filed for quashing of the proceedings of the Complaint Case No.542/2008 under Sections 406/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the Court of the Learned 1st Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

The status reported filed by the Learned District Judge, Howrah regarding the aforesaid complaint case vide Memo No.763XIX(15) dated 17.05.2023 stating that the Complaint Case No.542/2008 has been disposed of on 24.06.2013. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, stands disposed of.
