The subject matter of the revisional application relates to proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Having regard to the points canvassed in the revisional application, this Court is of the view that the same relates to question of facts which cannot be adjudicated at this stage under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further, no information has been furnished before this Court regarding the present stage of the proceedings and the revisional application is yet to be admitted by this Court.

Accordingly, no interference is called for. However, if there is any change of circumstances in the meantime, the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise the same at the trial as also at the time of final argument of the case. As such, CRR 2359 of 2012 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
