In Re : An application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India; In the matter of : Smt. Mahuya Ghosh. ...petitioner. The present revisional application was preferred in connection with Miscellaneous Case No.516 of 2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Municipal Court, Howrah. The revisional application reflects that the grievance of the petitioner relates to the delay being caused in conclusion of the trial of the said case.

The revisional application appeared on 18.09.2012 and thereafter was never listed before any Court for consideration. Having regard to the innocuous prayer which has been advanced by the petitioner, I am of the considered view that in case the Misc. Case No.516 is still pending, the learned Magistrate would dispose of the same within three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 2363 of 2012 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
