Earlier on 5th November, 2024 it was submitted on behalf of the appellant that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have amicably settled their dispute and the appellant intends to file an affidavit to bring on record such facts. Thereafter, on 12th November, 2024, the matter appeared but the appellant was not represented nor any affidavit was filed.

Under such circumstances, we dismiss this appeal.
