Subsequently, he neither got any job nor his money was refunded.

To that effect, an information was furnished with the police authorities.

Consequently, Pragati Maidan P.S. Case No. 251 dated 01.09.2017 was registered for investigation.

Since in course of the investigation, it was found that the said accused, namely, Kalipada Mondal died on

07.10.2017, the police authorities had no other option but to submit Final Report on or about 27.01.2021. A notice was issued and the petitioner submits before this court that a prayer for further investigation has been submitted.

In view of the aforesaid, I am of the opinion that in case the prayer for further investigation is still pending, the learned Magistrate would expedite the process of the same preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16931 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
