Versus

Smt. Nirupama Ghosh The revisional application was in respect of a proceeding under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure arising out of Case No.M-111 of 2004 wherein the order dated 4.6.2012 was passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Diamond Harbour.

The records of the revisional reflect that the order dated 4.6.2012 was stayed for a period of two months with an additional clause that within the said period the petitioner would clear the entire dues. Thereafter, no intimation has been furnished before this Court regarding the compliance of the order so passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that no interference is called for in the revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 2368 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
