Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated December 17, 2021. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to furnish one local surety with landed property. State is represented.

Anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on December 17, 2021 on the condition, inter alia, of furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is insisting upon a surety with a landed property which the petitioner is unable to furnish. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to modify the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail to the extent of requiring the petitioner to furnish a bond of Rs.10, 000/- with two sureties of like amount each.
