1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the injured and the statement of the daughter of the deceased recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. directly implicating amongst others the petitioner for the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
