In spite of administrative notice being served, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The subject-matter of the revisional application relates to the seizure of vehicle and timbers under Section 59(A(3) of the Indian Forest Act.

Having regard to the period of time which has lapsed and reasons so assigned by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Bankura, I am of the view that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 2374 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
