1. Service report filed by the State is taken on record.

2. In view of the order dated 02.05.2024 passed by this court, the State has tried to contact with the legal heirs or representatives of the petitioner, since diseased, namely, Sabyasachi Mondal, but the premises was under lock and key.

3. Accordingly, the police authority could not inform the legal heirs or representatives of the deceased petitioner about the next date of hearing.

4. This case is pending since 2018.

5. The original petitioner died on 22.10.2021, but till date no legal heirs or representatives have turned up to proceed with the case.

6. In view of the above facts, it seems that the legal heirs or representatives of the petitioner are not interested to proceed with the instant case.

7. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2451 of 2018 is thus dismissed for non-prosecution.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
