Inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 25th July, 2023 in the cause title mentioning the old CAN as "2887 of 2017" instead of Old CAN "5052 of 2017".

Let "Old CAN 5052 of 2017" be read instead of and in place of "Old CAN 2887 of 2017".

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
