CAN 11 of 2026 is moved praying for substitution of the legal heirs of the deceased /petitioner no. 2 who expired on 27.12.2025. The application for substitution has been filed on 11.02.2026 and is thus within time. A copy of the death certificate is annexed.

It is prayed that the persons named in paragraph 4 of the application be substituted in place of the original petitioner no. 2 as her legal heirs. 3.
