His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority.

Records of the revisional application reflect that the case was initiated in the year 2012. There has been no progress in the case. Charges which have been framed by the Learned Trial Court is under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Learned Trial Court is directed that after the evidence of the defacto-complainant and/or victim/injured, if any, if it appears to the Learned Trial Court that the charges so complained are compoundable, the Learned Trial Court would be at liberty to amend the charges.

The next date has been fixed on 5th of April, 2024.

The Learned Trial Court within three months of the said date, so fixed, would try to complete the evidence of the aforesaid witnesses and take its decision on the observations and the findings made by this Court. To that extent, the Learned Trial Court would be at liberty to fix at least one date in a week from 05.04.2024 so that at least the evidence of the two witnesses are complete within a period of three months.

With the above observations, CRR 2636 of 2023 is disposed of.
