The prosecution case is that while the present petitioner caught hold of the victim, his son, Sk. Samir gave a blow with a knife. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report and witnesses, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
