It has been mentioned by the learned advocate for the petitioners that in paragraphs 2 and 3 at page No. 4, there is no inclusion of case/preceding No. 1628 of 2018, which the petitioners have mentioned in C.O. 1691 of 2021.

I have gone through the prayer of C.O.1691 of 2021 and there is a mention about the pending proceeding No. 1628 of 2018 before the Estate Officer. Let the proceeding No. 1628 of 2018 be included in the order dated 02.12.2021 at page No. 4 in paragraphs 2 and 3 after the words 'proceeding No. 1628/D of 2018'.

At page No. 5 in the 3rd paragraph, the expressions "C.O. No. 1691 of 2020 and C.O. 1692 of 2020" are replaced by the words "C.O. No. 1691 of 2021 and C.O. 1692 of 2021".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 02.12.2021.
