The petitioner prays for bail. However, he has suppressed in the bail petition that on November 07, 2022, his bail prayer was rejected by a coordinate Bench in CRM (NDPS) 1119 of 2022, where he was the second petitioner. In view of such suppression, we are not inclined to entertain this application which stands rejected. The application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 1120 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
