The petitioner is aggrieved by the absence of investigation into his complaint dated 11th January, 2022 filed before the Sonarpur Police Station. The report of the Inspector-in-charge, Sonarpur Police Station dated 30th January, 2023 is taken on record. It appears from the aforesaid report that FIR No. 35 of 2022 dated 11th January, 2022 has been registered. It also appears from the said report that after due investigation Sonarpur Police Station Charge-sheet No. 195 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 under Sections 188/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been filed in the matter.

The petitioner may take out appropriate proceedings in respect of the aforesaid charge-sheet, if he is aggrieved with the same.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
