February 15, 2022 S.A.T. 3703 of 2001 Srimatya Bithika Das Vs.

Sukumar Naskar The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for.

The appeal is tendered in the year 2001. The additional stamp reporter reported several defects. Such defects have not been removed in spite of giving several opportunities to the appellant. Last opportunity was given to the appellant on January 4, 2022. It appears from the office report dated January 31, 2022 that administrative notice could not be effected as the address mentioned in the cause title of the memorandum of appeal could not be located.

Be that as it may, the fact remains that after filing the appeal, no attempt has been made by the appellant to cure the defects, which clearly shows that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal. .

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed for noncompliance of several orders including out order dated January 4, 2022.

There will be no order as to costs.
