Mr. Niloy Sengupta ...for the petitioners Mr. Sumit Kumar Panja, Mr. Sujit Sankar Koley ...for the WBSEDCL It is rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners, which is not opposed by learned counsel for the WBSEDCL, that in the order dated April 25, 2023, three errors had crept in:

i) In paragraph no. 9 of the judgment, in the second line, the expression "five"

shall be replaced with the word "fifteen";

ii) in paragraph no. 20 of the same judgment, in the third line, the figure "Rs.20,000/-" shall be replaced with the figure "Rs.20,00,000/-" ; and iii) in paragraph no. 27, in the third line again, the word "five" will be replaced with the word "fifteen".

Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated April 25, 2023 which is, thus, deemed to stand corrected accordingly by this order. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
