1. The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Sub-divisional Executive Magistrate under Section 126 read with Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'). The remedy of the petitioner is before another forum.

2. The writ petition is disposed of without any comment on the merits of the order. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all points including the point of violation of principle of natural justice before the appropriate forum.

3. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
