Petitioner is aggrieved as there has been disturbance in the peaceful enjoyment of the property and the same, according to the petitioner, is also pursuant to the directions passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kakdwip in T.S.192 of 2025. State has submitted a report. According to the police report, cultivation is being carried out by the petitioner pursuant to directions passed by the learned civil court in T.S.192 of 2025.

However, there is a land dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. Police authorities are well aware regarding the ground reality. Accordingly, police authorities would keep a strict vigil and take steps in accordance with law as and when situation so demands.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16898 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
