Case NO. 61 of 2023 arising out of Title Suit No. 442 of 2021 expeditiously.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the miscellaneous case arose out of an application under Order 9 Rule 9 of the Civil Procedure Code. He submits that the misc. case is at the hearing stage and the last date for hearing of misc. case was on July 21, 2025.

The opposite party is represented by Mr. Mondal, learned advocate.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, CO 2688 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah to make an endeavour to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 61 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
