Sufficient grounds have been made out for the absence of the writ petitioner on 02.04.2025. Hence, the order is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 8, 9 and 10 and the State are represented.

Considering the nature of reliefs prayed for in the writ application, learned counsel representing the State shall file a report in the form of an affidavit on the next date of hearing.
