The matter has been brought to the list for correction of typographical error in the order dated May 03, 2024.

In the first line of the first paragraph and second line of the third paragraph of the said order, the date has wrongly gone down as 'September 05, 2023' instead of 'April 10, 2024'.

Let the said error be corrected to the extent as indicated above; other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to carry out the correction in the order dated May 03, 2024 accordingly; similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
