This writ petition has been filed for alleged nonpayment against execution of a work order for "construction of boundary wall surrounding a graveyard at Chenchura Kabaristan, Mouza Chenchura" issued by Keshpur Panchayat Samity, Midnapore.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate for the State submits that petitioner has been paid his dues.

Learned advocate for the petitioner does not dispute such fact. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

WPA 17445 of 2022 is disposed of.

The instruction filed in Court today be kept with the record.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
