AD 23 September 12, 2025 Ct. 28 SG CRM(A) 2651 of 2025 reject An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Basirhat P.S. Case No.880 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, phone call records between the present petitioner and all the three co-accused at the relevant time and the restrictions contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
