Petitioners apprehend that the private respondents are trying to encroach upon his agricultural land.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 6, 8, 9 and 13 submits that a Title Suit is pending before the learned Civil Court.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there is dispute relating to land.

Since, there is an existing land/property dispute which is also reflected from the police report, the officerin-Charge of Hemnagar Coastal Police Station is directed that he will interfere only if he finds that there is any violation of law and order. So far as the other reliefs are concerned, since the Civil Court in siesin of the issue, the

learned Civil Court will deal with the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17852 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
