1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. During the course of hearing, ld counsel for parties agreed that this petition may be disposed of by directing the BDO, Kultali, South 24-Parganas to decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law within stipulated time.

3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to re-submit the representation dated 1.7.2025 along with a copy of this order before BDO, Kultali, South 24-Parganas.

4. In turn, the said BDO shall consider and pass a reasoned order within 30 days.

5. The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioners.

6. With the aforesaid, this PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
