The main contention of the allegations, so far as the information furnished to the police authorities are concerned, relates to cultivation of land and the disputes relating to attack having suffered because of cultivation on such

land.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that a title suit is pending in respect of the same plot of land.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a proceeding under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS has been drawn up by the police authorities.

Having considered that the police authorities are in knowhow so far as the issues of disputes are concerned, the police authorities will interfere if there is violation of any law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16933 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. copies of the report be handed over to both the parties.
